Where there is no requirement for Entrust to sit on the Board of a Jersey company, and provided that certain criteria are met, we can limit our services to the provision of Registered Office address and a locally resident Secretary. This service is customised to each case but may include:

• Provision of Registered Office address.
• Provision of locally resident Secretary.
• Maintenance and retention of Member, Secretary and Director registers.
• Holding copies of minutes or resolutions and supporting documents for all board and member meetings, including annual financial statements.
• Preparation and filing of annual confirmation to the Companies Registry.
• Maintenance of the Jersey Beneficial Ownership Register.
• Preparation and filing of the Jersey Company Tax Return.
